What we collect

• Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and profile picture.
• The photo you upload, only to generate your video.
• The generated video, so you can download it.
• Payment records: Stripe sends us the order status; we never receive your full card number.
• Basic technical data (IP, browser, pages visited) for security and aggregate statistics.

How we use it

To create your account, generate and deliver your video, process payments and refunds, answer support requests and comply with the law. We do not sell your data and do not use your photos to train our own models.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the service: Google (sign-in), cloud storage (photos and videos), the AI provider that generates the video, Stripe (payments) and the email provider.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos and generated videos are deleted automatically after a limited period.
• Delivered videos: the download link is valid for 7 days; then the file is deleted.
• You can ask us to delete your photos, videos and account at any time at support@dimedimebabyai.xyz.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. If analytics are enabled, they only measure aggregate traffic.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data. Email support@dimedimebabyai.xyz.

Minors

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.
