Refund Policy

Each video costs $9.99 USD as a one-time payment. There is no subscription to cancel.
If generation fails
If your video cannot be generated, we retry it automatically once. If the second attempt also fails, we refund the full payment to the original payment method. You do not need to ask.
Stripe usually takes 5–10 business days to show the refund on your statement.
If the video does not arrive
If you have not received your video 24 hours after payment, email support@dimedimebabyai.xyz with your account email and we will fix it or refund you.
Delivered videos
A delivered video is not refunded just because you changed your mind. If the file is broken (it will not play or clearly did not use your photo), contact us within 7 days and we will remake it or refund you.
Duplicate charges
If you were charged twice for the same video, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate.
